— Me
Tezo Gogaladze
UI and UX matter. They take taste, clarity, and attention to detail. I've got you there.
But what really decides whether a product survives is structure.
Roles. Permissions. Data flows. What happens when things go wrong. What happens when you scale.
That's the part most people don't see. That's what I do.
Good design on the surface. Solid architecture underneath.
Both matter. You get both.
My work centers around multi-role systems (customers, staff, admins), booking and scheduling platforms, location-based apps, SaaS tools, and business automation. I design the architecture first — entities, workflows, permissions — and then build both frontend and backend myself.
I run a micro-studio and actively build production platforms, including a multi-city restaurant booking ecosystem with a customer app, a tablet app for staff, and an operations dashboard. These systems manage real availability, real staff coordination, and real operational constraints — not demo data.
If you have an idea, an early prototype, or a manual process that needs to become a structured system, I help you turn it into something production-ready and maintainable.
What I Work On
- Mobile and web applications (Flutter + modern web stacks)
- Admin panels and internal tools
- Booking and reservation systems
- Real-time availability platforms
- SaaS products and subscriptions
- Business automation tools
How I Work
- Clarify the product before writing code
- Design structure first (data models, roles, workflows)
- Build in small, shippable milestones
- Document systems so they remain maintainable
Tech Stack
The goal isn't to impress with complexity.
It's to build software that reduces operational friction for real people — staff, managers, and founders — and continues to work as the business grows.
